This project transformed a property where previous additions did not match the grandeur of its exterior. We simplified the layout and created a large, open-plan kitchen with views of the garden.

A new two-storey extension features a striking double-height space, highlighted by a bespoke staircase from Bisca Staircases. Three-meter-tall glazed doors, sheltered by a copper-clad canopy, flood the space with light while minimizing heat gain.

A sedum roof tops the extension, seamlessly blending with the landscape. Over time, as the planting matures and the copper weathers, the project will integrate beautifully with its surroundings, complementing the existing home.
