This project involved extensive works to a beautiful Listed property in the Clifton Conservation Area, spanning from the basement to the roof. Key upgrades include a full tanking system, underfloor heating, and a single-storey rear extension to create a light-filled kitchen with improved garden access.

Collaborating closely with the client, we transformed the Master Suite, converting an existing bedroom into a luxurious ensuite with a walk-in shower, re-enamelled historic bath, and bespoke joinery. The dressing room features custom shelving and wardrobes, while the bedroom showcases a natural palette that complements the property’s traditional features.

Restorations to original windows, doors, and fireplaces were complemented by new timber cladding and secondary glazing, with ongoing works throughout the house.
