Scott Hall Farm, a Grade II Listed 19th-century merchant’s house in Meanwood, Leeds, had been derelict since the early 2000s and is listed on the heritage at risk register.
The project aimed to refurbish the main house and adjacent stone barn, transforming them into two residences. Additionally, outbuildings were to be converted and extended to create 14 studio workshops.
The vision for the site was to establish a vibrant hub for creative and business activities, revitalising the area and enhancing its appearance, while preserving its historical significance.
