Shop Frontage
Following a Pre-Application Enquiry with the City of York Council Conservation Officer, the client approached us to secure Listed Building Consent for the design of a new sweet shop frontage and hanging sign.
Located on Minstergate the property, owned by the York Minster, is Grade II* Listed. The property overlooks the Minster and so the site is extremely sensitive.
The brief was to provide scaled drawings of the shop front to show the various colour options for the frontage, as well as the proposed branding that would be applied in the form of vinyl to the glass and a hanging sign.
