Conservation and Fit-out
The York Roast Company wanted to increase the size of their Stonegate restaurant. The building, which is owned by the National Trust, is Grade II* Listed and sits within the Central Historic Core of York close to the York Minster.
The work includes; a new counter to the ground floor, fitting-out the first floor (which is currently unoccupied), to provide a seating area for 20 people and creating a new storage area to the second floor.
