New-build Cabins and Site Facilities
The 20-acre site situated in Flaxton, North Yorkshire has been granted Planning Permission (subject to an Approval of Details Application) to develop a facility with 5 luxury cabins, 20 caravan pitches a reception and shower block as well as children’s play area.
The work in gaining Planning Permission involved bringing in various consultants to provide information on the impact of such a facility on the existing area from a traffic, ecology and flooding aspect.
