Conservation
The work to this Grade II Listed building, in the North Yorkshire town of Helmsley, included; conservation of the eroded sandstone elevations, repairing the main chimney and gutting, as well as repairing all the original windows to provide some double glazing and improve heat loss.
We secured the necessary Listed Building Consents and procured the specialist stone masonry and joinery skills that were required for this sensitive project.
